At Clazzy (“we”, “our”, “us”), your satisfaction is important to us.
This Refund Policy explains how refunds and returns work.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for distance sales. Our 30-day return period below is in addition to those rights.

1. Eligibility
We accept returns and issue refunds only if:
- The item is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
- A return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Return the item within 30 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
All items sold on our website are returnable unless explicitly marked otherwise on the product page.
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us at support@clazzy.shop with your order number.
- We will provide return instructions and an RMA number.
- Ship the item back with RMA clearly marked.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Please share the tracking number with us so we can follow your return.
4. Return Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping only if the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
You will receive a refund within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our fault, except that on a statutory cancellation within 14 days of delivery we will refund the standard delivery cost you paid. You are responsible for return postage unless the return is due to our fault.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellations must be processed as returns.
This does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for distance sales, as set out in our Refund Policy.
