We sell physical T-shirts only, including short sleeve T-shirts in a range of colours.
Products are new and clearly described on the product page.
Faulty or damaged items are covered under the Returns and Refund Policy.
Images are for illustration purposes only; minor variations may occur.
Orders & Acceptance
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Prices are shown in GBP (£) and no separate tax is added at checkout.
No hidden fees or handling charges are applied.
Accepted payment methods are: card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) via Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Clearpay, Link by Stripe, Amazon Pay, and manual bank transfer, with bank details shown after you place your order for bank transfer orders.
Klarna and Clearpay are available for UK orders only.
Orders paid by manual bank transfer will be processed once the payment has been received. Bank transfer orders that remain unpaid after 5 days may be cancelled and the items returned to stock. Orders paid by card, wallet or buy now, pay later will be processed once payment is confirmed.
Shipping & Delivery
Processing time: Up to 3 business days.
Delivery time:
- UK: Up to 5 business days — Free delivery
- International: Up to 21 business days — £10.00 delivery.
We ship using Royal Mail, UPS, and DHL.
Tracking details and shipping confirmation are provided via email.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
Return shipping:
- Covered by us if the return is due to our error (wrong or faulty item)
- Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns follow the process in our Refund Policy, including an RMA number and a tracking number for the return shipment. Damaged or faulty items must be reported as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery, with photos where possible, as set out in our Shipping Policy, so we can arrange a replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to a replacement or refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our fault, except that on a statutory cancellation within 14 days of delivery we will refund the standard delivery cost you paid. You are responsible for return postage unless the return is due to our fault.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment only.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
This does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for distance sales, as set out in our Refund Policy.
Warranty
Faulty or damaged items are covered under the Returns and Refund Policy.
Customer Accounts
Customers may checkout as a guest or create an account.
Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clazzy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
